About Me

I am now being a Chief Information Officer in Jing Xiao Er. In this position, I focus on analyzing the business data, discovering insights, and providing decision-making plans. Besides, I managed the sales business through the data, which leads the average completion rate has increased by about 15%, and reconstructed the customer training process which increases 30% of the working efficiency.

I am a person who likes to use an optimistic attitude to face problems, stand in one's shoes to think about them from different perspectives, and then discuss the proper solutions according to the resources. Also, I am interested in the fields of technology and business strategy, I have participated in many cross-field projects. In these projects, I often acted as the team leader. Not only programming, but I was also responsible for planning the project progress, break down the work into tasks rationally, communicate and reorganize the different views between the team members so that the team has a shared core value. To sum up, I love to design and develop better products so that everyone can enjoy the convenience and comfort of life.

Projects

WAKEY: Agent-Mediated Parent-Child Communication for Better Morning Routines

Found that parents are more likely to experience communication conflict with preschool children (3-6 years old) on school mornings. In consultation with domain professionals and families, we designed WAKEY, a technology-based approach that helps parents use better communication strategies to teach preschool children to carry out their morning routines. Following the intervention with WAKEY, parents reported significantly reduced levels of frustration during morning routines and greater independent behavior by children.

Yogee: The Service of Recording Travel

Travelers often spend a lot of time to sort out photos and logs after travel. And sometimes because of busy work, their memories gradually fade away. Therefore, we designed YOGEE, an app that is combined with Moves, Dropbox and Log Function, so that users can easily record and share their life.

TRAINSEAT: Taiwan Railway booking system - direct and segmented ticket tracing service

As the official Taiwan Railway system is only provided by the direct train booking method, if the direct tickets are sold out, the user can only find whether there are segmented tickets one by one, resulting in the inconvenience of the purchase. Therefore, We developed TRAINSEAT, a service with the “serial” tickets searching function and the ticket tracing function to improve the user experience of booking tickets.
